section 5;

(i)“Director -General ” means the Director -General of the F orce appointed under section 5;

(j)“enemy ” includes all armed mutineers, armed rebels, armed rioters, pirates and an y person in arms against whom it is the duty of any person subj ect to this Act to take action;

(k)“enrolled person ” means an under -officer or other person enrolled under t his Act;

(l)“Force ” means the Border Security Force;

(m)“Force custody ” means the ar rest or confinement of a member of the Force according to rules;
