1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Dadra and Nagar Haveli
Act, 1961. (2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. (3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th day of August, 1961.
