Section 1 — Short title and commencement

1. Short title and commencement .

(1)This Act may be called the Hind Cycles Limited and Sen-Raleigh Limited ( Nationalisation) Act, 1980.

(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of October, 1980.
