(b) in clause ( a) of sub -section ( 3) of the said section 17, for the words and figures “with his date of enrolment under the Indian Bar Cou ncils Act, 1926 (38 of 1926) ”, the words “with his seniority on the roll of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana ” shall be substituted.
