Section 24(5)(b)

(b) until t he members of the first Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh required to be nominated under clause ( a) are duly nominated in accordance with the provisions of that clause, the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana shall function as the Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh and the provi sions of the Advocates Act shall, so far as may be, apply accordingly;
