Section 24(5)(c)

(c) the names of persons entered on the roll of the Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh in accordance with the provisions of clause ( a) of sub -section ( 1) of section 1 7 of the Advocates Act, as modified by sub -section ( 4), shall, as from the date or dates on which the names are so entered, stand removed from the roll of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana;
